All items needs to be ordered online before arriving to our warehouse. Once the order submitted, we will email order and pickup details within 24 hours. Once order confirmation received, the order will wait for pickup.

All products available within two business days courier delivery across Singapore.
All chilled and frozen products being in a temperature controlled environment while dispatched from the warehouse until arrival.
Once order received, our warehouse will contact you to schedule delivery for next business day.

International Shipping
All our products are available for international shipping.
All chilled products (Rosita Cod Liver Oil Liquid and Smidge Probiotic range) require express shipping.

If you wish to purchase our products but your country is not listed, please send us an email to admin@kimikimorganics.sg for a quote. Kindly include your exact address, product names and quantities.
Please note the following guidelines for international shipping:
- KimiKim Organics Singapore will refund and/or replace physically damaged products at no additional charge.
- We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or quarantine fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly from them.
- All other items which have been ordered incorrectly by the customer or any unwanted products will be refunded the purchase amount minus the postage charge as long as the packaging is in its original condition. Additionally, any return postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
- KimiKim Organics Singapore will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office or not delivered unless returned to us.
Note: International parcels sent via DHL Express to remote areas, might have an additional surcharge. We will advice if this is applicable before dispatching the products.
